Returns & Warranty Policy

We want you to feel confident wearing Sun of Bali. If your jewelry isn’t perfect for any reason, we’re here to make it right.


🌿 30-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To begin, simply email us at Care@SunofBali.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please write this number clearly on the label or outside of your return package. Packages without an RMA may be delayed or rejected.

Returns must be shipped back within 30 working days of delivery. Returns sent after this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


📸 Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please attach clear photos of the issue and a short description when contacting us. If you’re unable to provide photos, let us know and we’ll help you move forward.

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll confirm whether the item qualifies for an exchange or refund.


🚚 Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for return shipping fees.

  • However, we cover shipping fees for sending your exchange back to you.


🔁 Processing Your Return

Once your return reaches our facility, please allow a few days (up to 14 in rare cases) for processing. Our team will verify the item’s condition and contents before finalizing your request.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been inspected and processed.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • RMA number must be clearly marked on the package

  • Tracking number must be emailed to us after shipment

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

⚠️ If the item is returned damaged or used, only a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Enjoy full peace of mind with our 2-Year Warranty on all jewelry—and a Lifetime Warranty on made-to-order diamond pieces.


2-Year Warranty

Effective from December 1, 2023, our 2-Year Warranty applies to:

  • All Sun of Bali jewelry

  • All natural gemstones

  • 925 Sterling Silver, 18kt Rose/Yellow Gold Vermeil, 14kt & 10kt Solid Gold pieces

This warranty protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship.


What’s Not Covered

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage from improper care, chemicals, or storage

  • Everyday wear (e.g. bent rings, broken chains, scratches)

  • Natural inclusions in gemstones

  • Discoloration from sweat, water, or cosmetics

  • Third-party modifications or repairs
