REFUND POLICY
At Sun of Bali, your satisfaction matters. While we do our best to ensure every order meets expectations, please review the policy below for clarity on refunds, replacements, and cancellations.
❌ Order Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it begins processing automatically through our system.
For this reason, we do not accept cancellations after the order has been submitted.
Please double-check your cart and shipping details before checking out.
💬 Returns & Replacements
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
However, if there is an issue with your order - such as a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item received - we may offer a replacement within 30 days of delivery.
📧 Please email Care@SunofBali.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item in question.
Each case is reviewed individually, and replacement eligibility is determined at the discretion of our team.
⚠️ Product Use & Limitations
Please note: Certain products may naturally experience wear over time. Improper or excessive use—such as against sharp, abrasive surfaces or without the intended accessories—may void eligibility for a replacement or refund.
💸 Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are granted only at the discretion of our support team after an internal inspection.
If your refund is approved, a confirmation email will be sent and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. This typically appears in your account within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.
