1. Your agreement with us

These Terms of Service govern your use of sunofbali.com and purchases from Sun of Bali. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Sun of Bali is the trading name of the legal operator identified in section 10. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform but is not the seller of our products.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live, or use the store with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information.

2. Products, prices & availability

We work to show jewelry, colors, dimensions, availability, and pricing accurately. Screens and handmade or natural materials may create small variations. Those variations are part of the piece and are not necessarily defects.

Prices and availability can change without notice before an order is accepted. The checkout shows the currency, shipping charges, discounts, and taxes we collect. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion or other fees.

When an order becomes final

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated confirmation means we received it; acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch. We may cancel or limit an order for stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, resale activity, address or payment issues, or another lawful reason. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot promise changes once processing begins. Any mandatory cancellation right you have after delivery remains unaffected.

3. Offers, discounts & payments

Promotions may have eligibility, timing, product, territory, or combination limits shown with the offer. Discounts have no cash value, cannot be applied after an order is placed, and may be changed or ended prospectively. If a promotional order is partly returned, the discount is recalculated against the items kept and the refund is adjusted accordingly.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout. We may verify payment information and delay or cancel an order during a reasonable fraud or security review. Payment-provider terms also apply. See our Payment Policy.

4. Shipping, delivery & risk

Processing and transit windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the timeline shown and will provide legally required delay or cancellation options. Tracking status may take time to update.

Responsibility for an order passes as required by applicable consumer law. Please provide a complete, secure delivery address and contact us promptly about lost, damaged, or misdelivered parcels. Customs duties and import taxes are handled as described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and exchanges

Our voluntary return window, free eligible size exchanges, condition requirements, promotion adjustments, refund timing, and statutory rights are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Lifetime color warranty

Eligible Sun of Bali jewelry includes the color warranty stated on the product page or with your order. It is intended to cover qualifying loss of color or tarnishing during normal wear for as long as the original purchaser owns the piece.

The warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, excessive force, ordinary scratches, broken or stretched components, lost stones or pearls, unauthorized repair, or normal wear unrelated to color. We may ask for your order details and clear photos. If a claim qualifies, we may repair, replace, or offer an equivalent solution. Availability and reasonable shipping arrangements may apply. Mandatory legal guarantees remain unaffected.

6. Using our store

Site content—including our name, branding, photography, copy, graphics, and designs—is owned by or licensed to Sun of Bali and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping only.

You must not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, make fraudulent purchases, infringe rights, or use the site unlawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or our rights.

Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm it is truthful, lawful, and yours to share. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, edit for format or length, and use it in connection with our store and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unrelated. We will handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded—including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and non-mandatory services are provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, were caused by events outside our reasonable control, or relate to business use by a consumer purchaser.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability connected with an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law. You remain responsible for losses reasonably caused by your unlawful misuse of the store or infringement of another person’s rights.

8. Third-party services & events beyond control

The store may link to or use services operated by Shopify, payment providers, social platforms, carriers, and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by an event outside reasonable control, but this does not remove refund, delivery, or other rights that applicable law requires.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of Israel. The competent courts of Petah Tikva, Israel will have jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the benefit of mandatory protections and courts available to them under the law of their usual country or region of residence.

If part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a term immediately is not a waiver. We may update these terms prospectively; the version in force when you order normally governs that order.
