If you're not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send it back. Please do not send any items before receiving return approval.


📦 Product Conditions We Accept

  • Products must be in new condition

  • No restocking fees

  • Returns are accepted by mail only


🔁 Exchanges

We happily offer free exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Email us with photos at Care@SunofBali.com, and we’ll ship a replacement once your return is tracked.

💡 Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including preferences related to color, size, or texture. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.


🚫 Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Our system is automated to ensure fast processing and shipping, so we’re unable to stop an order once it begins fulfillment.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirming approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 4 business days.
