Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its journey.
Estimated delivery times by region:

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Middle East: 10–20 business days

  • Central Asia: 10–15 business days

Please note: These are estimated timelines based on recent deliveries and do not represent guaranteed delivery windows. While we make every effort to ensure timely arrival, delays caused by customs, local carriers, or remote area logistics may occur. Refunds are not issued for late deliveries that fall outside of these estimates.


🧵 Production Time

All Sun of Bali items are carefully crafted - many by hand. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for production before dispatch.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.


🚚 Delivery Process & Carriers

We partner with reliable international couriers. Once your package reaches your country, your local postal service (e.g., Canada Post, Royal Mail) will handle final delivery to your address.

📌 Due to potential regional delays or customs impacts, we recommend checking with your local postal service if you are experiencing extended delivery times.

Need to update your order?
Contact us immediately at Care@SunofBali.com. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to modify it.

Please note: Custom and pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for other designs.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package:
